Marieke stepped up to the plate as Toastmaster this morning. She ran a superb programme. Plenty of enthusiasm and energy from everybody in the club. Great meeting!
Congratulations to Marlene, Mervyn and Eric who participated in the club contest for Evaluations. Marlene was awarded first place. She will represent the club at the upcoming area contest.
Special thanks to Megan Brown (test speaker from AM Toastmasters) as well as guest judges Mike Diggins, Cynthia Mitchell, Merle Ward and Bernadette Emerson.
The next club competition for International prepared speeches is Tuesday the 16th of March.
